Motiejus was our wedding photographer, and we were so happy with him. We looked extensively to find someone who would take beautiful candid photos of us on our wedding day, and he did just that.
Our photos are so beautiful, they really captured the spirit of our wedding day. We really love them and have been going through them a lot lately. If you choose Motiejus, you're in excellent, capable hands! We could not recommend him more.

We gave ideas and a vague directive of how our day would be, we told him we didn't want the usual stilted group wedding photographs and he really came up with the goods capturing all our guests and venue in a way which projected their individual personalities and the ambience of the Chelsea Town Hall and Gore Hotel and when looking at the images you really feel the love that filled the day, and this was achieved by the mere fact you actually forgot Motiejus was present at the event. If your looking for bespoke photography and images of your wedding this is your man!!
My husband and I were overjoyed with the photos Motiejus took at our wedding. They are artistic, striking, well-composed, natural and really capture the emotion of the day. They are also very classic and timeless - he doesn't use filters and effects that might become dated. Don't underestimate how important it is to invest in a good wedding photographer - pictures are a wonderful way to relive the day long after it is over. Of all the wedding expenses, you won't regret this one. Motiejus is very professional, organised and a really nice guy. Several of our guests thought he was one of our friends! He takes photos quite discreetly and has the ability to make people relax so he can capture more natural shots. He is very hard-working and you can see he cares deeply about his work. My advice is to hire him if he is available but book early as I imagine he is in demand.

Throughout the journey, he was very hard working, very experienced and very attentive to all details. It can be daunting when it comes to destination weddings, but luckily we had Motiejus with us. Motiejus was recommended to us by friends, and we could not have been happier! He was a great photographer to work with, took the time to get to know us, gave us fantastic tips and advice in the days leading up to our multi-day wedding, was easygoing, so friendly, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We have married abroad, and he kindly arrived a few days early to scope out the venue and photograph some of the events before our actual wedding day. We were so impressed with his calm persona, and he how managed to be everywhere without being intrusive. He captured even the smallest moments, and it made it so special for us to relive our wedding day as we look through our pictures. Booking Motiejus is so much more than just hiring someone to take your wedding photos. His images are spectacular - like art. He defines “hard working”. He didn’t miss a beat on the day, all our guests commented on what a kind and dedicated photographer he was, and he got all of our photos (there were many!) edited and sent across so quick! But not only that, he captures the magic of your wedding and the moments that you’ll want to remember for the rest of your lives.

Firstly, the amount of talent this man has is incredible, his vision and emotion that he portrays within his photographs are just stunning and unique, and I couldn't wait to have him document our special day. As well as being amazing at what he does, Motiejus is the most wonderful person to work with, and within 5 minutes of meeting him, both me and my husband Tommy felt like he was a friend, and someone that we would absolutely love to stay in touch with. All of our guests at the wedding warmed to him, and he was an absolute pleasure to have. It was definitely fate that my husband and I met Motiejus. He's not just our wedding photographer, he is now our friend. I can't quite put into words how incredible he was in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. Looking through our photos I laughed, cried and felt so completely and utterly grateful to have had him there to capture all of the tears, laughs and emotion of our wedding day. He worked non stop all day, and made everybody feel so relaxed and natural in front of the camera. All of my guests have commented on "how lovely the photographer was!" and I agree! Motiejus isn't just a "wedding photographer" he is a storyteller, and this always shines through in his fairytale photography. Motiejus...thank you so much for everything. To anybody reading this and thinking of booking him for your wedding, do it, don't even think about it. He is completely wonderful.
Motiejus was just wonderful to work with on our wedding day - we couldn't have asked for more. Motiejus went above and beyond to get some fantastic shots for us - travelling between various different locations on the day and having to think on his feet when one of locations was unavailable at the last minute. He was flexible and unobtrusive, whilst still giving direction and guidance to obtain the best shots. His style of photography is so natural, and his photos have an atmospheric quality to them that I have rarely seen in wedding photography.

From first contact, to pre-wedding consultations, Motiejus was only ever a call or a text away and was brilliant from the get go. His work speaks for itself but it's the pleasure of working with him where Moteijus really shines through. He made time to answer numerous phone calls and met with us months in advance. He clearly takes pride in getting to know his subjects, which we are certain led to a fantastic end product.
On the day he directed us, our families, and our friends excellently. He was both nowhere to be seen, yet EVERYWHERE at the same time. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
Not more than 24 hours after the event, he proactively provided us with a handful of photos for us to share, in advance of the full set. This was a great touch!
Motiejus is AMAZING! He worked so hard on the day, really blended into the day and was completely unobtrusive yet managed to get the most beautiful pictures and capture all the crazy moments...even on the dancefloor! We do not particularly enjoy having our photo taken and are quite awkward in front of the camera so were quite worried about the photos part of the day but motiejus made us feel so comfortable and somehow managed to make us look super relaxed and not at all awkward like we usually are...amazing!
The photos are beautiful and really tell the story of the whole day from start to finish - looking through them was like re-living the whole day all over again. Motiejus was friendly and personable the whole time and so many of the guests commented on how friendly he was and how hard he worked! We couldn't be happier with the pictures and highly recommend motiejus!
The moment I saw motiejus’s work, I completely fell in love with it and I just had to have him as my wedding photographer. I’ve never seen a photographer capture emotion and beauty in such a touching, and truly magical way in which he does. When we first met him his warmth, compassion and love for his photography and for giving people wonderful memories beamed off him, and it was in the first day we met him we knew how trulylucky we were to have him. Read MoreMotiejus has such a wonderful eye: I feel like the photos really capture the essence of the day, the way I personally experienced it. They have a really naturally warm and honest feel to them. He was able to capture so much character and beauty in each shot. The gallery of photos has a real flow and pacing to them and I can tell that he has taken a lot of care curating the photos to tell the story of our day and it is a really really special, wonderful experience to flip through the pictures and relive it again.
He was super professional and helpful and responsive in the planning process, and on the day he made sure to get all the shots he needed and of course the obligatory family and friends photos without being obtrusive at all. I really enjoyed our couples photoshoot; we’re quite an awkward camera shy couple but he made sure to guide us to get the best photos out of us and we had a lot of fun swishing my dress about. Motiejus and I got along really well and he really fit into our wedding crowd. He was also just a really calming presence throughout our day because he’s done it all before and it really helped us relax and enjoy the day.
I am really glad that we chose him! We will cherish the photos forever.
